Tents are packed and the place is cleaner than we found. We found it tidy and clean, but to find it cleaner than we found it is a Y-Top motto. Yesterday we gave ourselves personal “missions”. Task and goal we have given ourselves to look at or go for after the camp and we evaluated the camp by fun games and writing. As tradition lies, we finished off with the ceremony of the “signing of the T- Shirts”. Now it is time to get into the bus heading forward home. Thank you everyon
Y-Top is very special. Particularly the respect we can build to share sensitive subject about ourselves , that the rest of the world turns into politics. In this days we celebrated the genders, the feminine and the masculine, our many ages and nationalities. We opened up some of the mysteries of the genders and entered the domain in a very safe and intimate way. There was place for listening and questions and openness about our struggles. I am a proud of you all today. ...ps.
After many intense days of process, planning and execution, it was time for a “chill out” . The notion of the day was “Time to rest. Time to be. Time to see”. We left for the Genoa area to the town of Camogli. What do you do in a Italian coastal city? You eat pasta, ice cream, pizza , drink expresso, lemonade and swim in the Mediterranean. It was a pleasure for all and non were lost or forgotten. Italian summer Y-Top happiness.
What happens when you try to plan a festival (which we called celebration this year, to many confusion ), a show and a party on the same day, while getting everyone involved to plan the last days together ... from the outside , absolute chaos... but the y-top forms up everything from within and emerging from it comes a wonderfully celebration, a great show and party that went late into the night . There is so much learning in in the quick, moving way of the y-top. And with so
How to feel well? physically, mentally and emotionally? We feel alone often. And we have trouble speaking to our selves, so today we worked with “self love. “ , making personal “mantras/call-overs” that we helped each other to make more powerful. We discussed the power of this camp so far and enjoyed the many ways that people express their self love. We enjoyed some photography workshop and in the evening we opened up three workshops on mindsets, social media and our “inner l
Physical tiredness ruled the morning. Yesterdays climb was still in some minds and bodies. Today’s morning program was about getting outside the box, the point that we can do more than we think was made through exercises, stories, and questions In the afternoon we moved into a roller coaster process, trying out 5 ways of process. Meditation, writing, physical exercise, art and “talking it out” were the ways. In the evening the Israeli shared with us “Shabbat Shalom”, and gift
Today we started slow. The mindset of the day was “Sensitivity and slow down”. With this, we moved with our local Italian guide “Jerry”, a man with a life with the local nature and geology, slowly down the valley, learning about rock formations, mushrooms and caterpillars, into the canyon, were we swam in the most exquisite clear river. The trip back up was intense, and many found out they can do more then they expected physically and some where “testet. “ Here in the evening
