How to feel well? physically, mentally and emotionally?
We feel alone often. And we have trouble speaking to our selves, so today we worked with “self love. “ , making personal “mantras/call-overs” that we helped each other to make more powerful. We discussed the power of this camp so far and enjoyed the many ways that people express their self love. We enjoyed some photography workshop and in the evening we opened up three workshops on mindsets, social media and our “inner light”
